Plain terms, written before you order rather than after something goes wrong.
Draft terms. These need commercial sign-off before going live — anything written here becomes a public commitment.
12-month warranty
Every part carries twelve months against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. Wear and tear and incorrect installation are not covered.
We sent the wrong part
Contact us with your order reference. If the part we shipped does not match your order, we collect it and cover the return shipping.
It does not fit
Check the fitment list before ordering, or send us your VIN first. If we confirmed the fit and it is still wrong, we take it back.
Changed your mind
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping in this case is yours.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the packaging before unpacking and tell us within 48 hours. We handle the carrier claim and replace the part.
What is not covered
Parts fitted against our written advice, modified parts, and damage from a related component that was never replaced.
Starting a return
Email sales@pawodike.com with your order reference and a photo. We reply with a return address and instructions.
